A missed meal voucher is a colloquialism for a BAS certification (DD Form 1475). It is filled out by marking the days that the soldier needed to purchase their own meals (breakfast, dinner, supper; dinner is lunch). If done correctly and processed, the soldier would be given BAS prorated for the days they were out of pocket.

I just had to do an investigation, and the convening authority wanted a digital and wet signature on the 1574. Only problem is the form doesn't have a signature block at the end of it, and its password protected, so you can't add one. I fought that damn thing for hours and finally gave up and just hand signed it.

Hi all, I’m a reservist and I was able to successfully receive payments for my student loans the first time around, and I still have ~4K remaining to pay off that should be covered by the Army. I know they’re supposed to cover 15% a year but they did a big lump sum of around 5k (maybe because I initiated the form 4 years into my reenlistment?).
