    Use this as the support bar between the two jack points. Place a floor jack at the car's CG with the bar resting on it. Line up the studs to the JP holes. Jack up the one side and place the jack stands under the tube at the jack points. The jack stand support tops should nestle nicely under the tube. Repeat on on other side and go a little higher.

    JackPoint jack stands makes a product open on one side that allows you to jack up the car and then lower it onto the JackPoint stands. This raises the car about 12 inches. I typically use these JackPoint stands on the two rear jack points which allows a standard stand at the two front jack points.

    I use lift bars with these jack stands It works well for the cost. I would love some quick jacks but didn’t want to spend the money on them. I also got my lift bars from a former member of this forum after he sold his cayman. Plus those jack stands work well on my lifted Jeep Wrangler.

    Here's simple way to get your Cayman up on four jack stands with a single jack and a modified hockey puck. 1.
