Savitar (/ s æ v i t ɑːr /) is a supervillain appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. An immensely powerful speedster who leads a cult dedicated to the Speed Force , he is an enemy of the Flash and he has battled Wally West , Jay Garrick , and Barry Allen .
