The 2023 MotoAmerica Superbike Championship season is the 47th season of the premier class of circuit-based motorcycle racing in the United States and the ninth with current promoter Wayne Rainey and the KRAVE group (dba MotoAmerica).
The event's date would remain on the NHRA national event schedule until 1992. In 1993, the event was renamed the NHRA Mopar Parts Nationals and moved to May to take advantage of the cooler weather in NJ during that time of the year. In 2000, the event was again renamed Matco Tools Spring Supernationals and was moved to the month of June.
