The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is set to be the 69th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It is scheduled to take place in Basel , Switzerland , following the country's victory at the 2024 contest with the song " The Code " by Nemo .

As part of its duties as participating broadcaster, LTV organises the selection of its entry in the Eurovision Song Contest and broadcasts the event in the country. The broadcaster confirmed their intentions to participate at the 2025 contest on 16 July 2024. [2] LTV has selected their entries for Eurovision through a national final.
The competition will consist of four shows: two heats on 14 February 2025 and 15 February 2025, a semi-final on 22 February 2025 and a final on 1 March 2025. In each of the two heats, 12 of the 24 competing acts will compete. A maximum of 14 acts will be selected to proceed to the semi-final where nine acts will be selected to proceed to the final.
