The Rohingya Patriotic Front (RPF) was a political organisation headquartered in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. The RPF had a small and poorly armed insurgent army of 70 fighters, [ 1 ] who were active along the Bangladesh–Burma border and in northern Arakan, Burma (present-day Rakhine State , Myanmar ).
General elections took place in Bangladesh on 7 January 2024, in accordance with the constitutional requirement, stating that elections must take place within the 90-day period before the expiration of the current term of the Jatiya Sangshad on 29 January 2024.

[11] Other party like Jatiya Party (Ershad) and Awami League allied parties also showed no interest in participating in the election.
