    Thanks for posting your question here in the Webex Community. What do you mean by "another install? Do you mean that your organization has two separate Webex sites? Or do you mean the Webex Meetings app vs. the Webex App? Have you logged into your Webex site before? There you should be able to download all of your recordings.
