The SVG settings used were: DTD:SVG1.1; FONT:SVG; SUBSETTING:Only Glyphs Used. There are two fonts that I had to substitute. In the original, Benguiat-Book was used for the country names, I used Adobe Garamond and in the original Sanvito-Roman was used for the oceans, I used Univers 57 Condensed Oblique.
