I have booked several Disneyland Resort vacation packages through Costco Travel. In my experience, all taxes and fees have been included in the Costco price, and I did not pay anything extra at the hotel. However, to be absolutely sure, you can ask the hotel at check-in, or contact the customer service number on your Costco Travel confirmation.
