    The spam issue is separate, and blacklisting individual videos is a poor option unless it's in a very particular situation. But the .com version could be spammed as well. I don't know how long ago the spamming and blacklisting were, but maybe unblacklisting as a test would be useful. If the past issues reappear it could be reapplied.
