XuetangX is a massive open online course (MOOC) platform. It offers online courses in multiple disciplines and also certificate and degree programs. Launched on October 10, 2013, as the first [2] Chinese MOOC platform, XuetangX was initiated by Tsinghua University and MOE Research Center for Online Education.
The program launched in June 2016, upon the completion of Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University, located in Beijing, China [8] [9] and is housed in a college designed by Robert A.M. Stern, Dean of the Yale School of Architecture. It hosts up to 200 scholars annually from the United States, China, and other countries around the world.
The Tsinghua-INSEAD Dual Degree Executive MBA program was initiated in 2006 and is the first program of its kind in China, combining international executive business education with a focus on Asia. The program's first class enrolled in the summer of 2007. The program is taught jointly by the two schools’ faculties.
