Copperas Cove (/ ˈ k ɒ p ər ə s / KOP-ər-əs) is a city located in central Texas at the southern corner of Coryell County with smaller portions in Lampasas and Bell counties. Founded in 1879 as a small ranching and farming community, today the city is the largest in Coryell County, with 36,670 at 2020 .
Tillman attended eleven different schools during his youth, but eventually graduated from Copperas Cove High School in Texas. [2] During his time at the school, Tillman was a two-time All-District 8-5A and all-area team selection. The Austin American-Statesman and All-State Class 5A honorable mention named him to the Super Cen-Tex team.
He’ll throw the time and money he spent on the A’s into Oakland’s independent-league baseball team, the Ballers, and the city’s two minor-league soccer teams, the Roots and the Soul.
