Hastings City Hall, formerly the Dakota County Courthouse, is a historic government building in Hastings, Minnesota, United States, completed in 1871. It was the original courthouse for Dakota County and now serves as city hall. It was designed by A.M. Radcliff, one of Minnesota's first architects, in an Italian Villa style.
Before being elected to the Hastings District Council in 2010, Hazlehurst served as the chair of the Hastings City Business Association for four years. The Farrell Block is a historic commercial building in Hastings, Nebraska. It was built in 1880 for Thomas E. Farrell, a surveyor for the St. Joseph and Denver Railroad Company and a co-founder of the city of Hastings. [2] Farrell also served on Hastings' city council in 1874, 1875, and 1887. [2]
