It was my first time trying the non fat plain greek yogurt. 100g of greek yogurt, 170g of honeydew, 1 tsp low sugar strawberry jam, 8g walnut with my casein shake on the side. adds up to around : 6.5 F, 30 C, 36.5 P. It mixes easily by spoon in yogurt, by shaker cup with water, or in blender with milk as seen above. There will obviously be some small granular grit just by nature of the casein proteins. This makes 0 difference to me, but Im sure those who are unfamiliar with casein will complain about it.

I've noticed changes in my body, but I don't follow the food plan as I follow IIFYM because my body is different and requires different caloric needs. From what I understand the meal plan doesn't need to be followed to perfection, but just as a guideline. So I'm sure replacing with Greek Yogurt is totally fine. Make it enjoyable for yourself
Someone in my area just posted a weight bench named powerhouse 1900. I googled the name but have not found anything solid. They are selling the bench and some weight plates for $200 but just reduced to $150.0 I would like to start up a home gym and wonder if anyone has pros or cons on this product. Hey guys Quick question: I'm currently getting a lot of my protein from dairy: milk, whey, quark and greek yogurt everyday. I eat other sources as well (beef, tuna, chicken etc) but approx 50% of my protein each day is from dairy.
For a straight on protein powder, I love the Jay Robb strawberry! I mix it in a blender with frozen strawberries, fat free greek yogurt, and skim milk, and it is delish!! If you haven't tried the greek yogurt in a shake yet - try it! It is soooo much smoother than regular yogurt. Kris
when i lived at holland it was like .65 euro for 500g = 45g protein, 15g carbs, 0g fat; where as comparing to the cheapest greek yogurt in the states it is twice the price. It is difficult to find in the states because of processing laws, it will be difficult to find like raw milk is.
