What does your pain feel like? For me, it will feel like a dull ache sometimes or a sharp, cramping sensation. Two days ago I started feeling some pain in my upper left back and chest area. Pain itself feels more like discomfort or an inflammation. When I inhale deeply or yawn it hurts more, particularly in the chest area. It feels like I was shot with an arrow. Quit zyn 6 days ago. Upper sharp Chest pain, tightens up with movements. Starts first thing in morning and lasts all day. ER visit at the VA they said I pulled a muscle. Dumbasses. But that’s the VA. Since quitting 6 days ago the pain is still everyday but has subsided. I’m gonna hope at the 2 week mark of nicotine free I’m also pain free.
