Method Adaptor is the second solo studio album by Filipino musician Ely Buendia, first released on November 8, 2024, by Sony Music Philippines and Offshore Music. It is his first solo album since Wanted Bedspacer (2000).

Ely Eleandre Basiño Buendia was born in Naga, Camarines Sur on November 2, 1970. [3] He is the second child of Ely Revilla Buendia and Lisetta Ruiz Basiño. [3] Buendia attended preparatory school in Naga Parochial School and finished his elementary grades at Pasig Catholic College in Pasig City in 1983, and high school at University of Perpetual Help in Rizal.
Produced by Buendia's longtime collaborator Jerome Velasco, the song's sound has been described as a "pristine pop gem" balanced by "sharp melodies and ferocious guitar work". [1] It has also been compared to the Eraserheads album Sticker Happy (1997) and Buendia's other band Pupil. [3] The song's melody took five years to write. [4]
