Chicago FC United, founded in 2003, is an elite youth soccer program located in suburban Chicago. The club also operates Trevians Soccer Club and Chicago Magic. The 2009 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament was a tournament of 48 teams from NCAA Division I who played for the NCAA Championship in soccer. North Shore Girls SC was founded in 1986 as a youth soccer club. [1] In 2015, they hosted a pair of friendlies against the Cameroon national team. [2] In 2016, they added a team in the Women's Premier Soccer League. [3] They made their debut on May 21, becoming the first Canadian team to play in the WPSL, against OSA Seattle FC, losing 4-1. [4]
