The National University of Samoa has the distinction of being one of two universities in Samoa. The second is the University of the South Pacific - Alafua Campus which specializes in Agriculture. Tuifuisaʻa Patila Malua Amosa is a Samoan oceanographer. She is Dean of Sciences at the National University of Samoa. [1]Amosa was educated at Flinders University in Australia and the University of Otago in New Zealand, [2] graduating with an MSc in Environmental Science in 2007 and a PhD in Chemistry in 2015. [3]
