Brighton College is a fee-charging, co-educational, boarding and day public school for boys and girls aged 3 to 18 in Brighton and Hove, England.The school has three sites: Brighton College (the senior school, ages 11 to 18), Brighton College Preparatory School (children aged 8 to 13, located next to the senior school) and the Pre-Prep School (children aged 3 to 8).

In 1888-89, the Football Association introduced qualifying rounds, and the Old Brightonians won through four rounds to play in the first round proper, losing 2-0 at Notts County, a Football League club; the O.B.s were considered a little unlucky, the first goal being an own goal and the second coming right at the death. Brighton College Preparatory School is a private preparatory school in Brighton, England and is the junior section to Brighton College. The School teaches children from 8 to 13 years. As of 2019, there were 523 pupils at the school. [1]
Old Brighton's first A Section/Premier Division grand final was in 2007, where they lost to Old Xaverians. [17] A second top division grand final came in 2024, but the club lost by 18 points to Old Scotch. [18] As of 2019, the club's number-one ticket holders were then-Liberal MP Tim Wilson and former Bayside mayor Felicity Frederico. [19] [20]
Moulsecoomb Place, the oldest non-religious building in Brighton, [7] is currently used by the accommodation and counselling services of the university. Before the university was founded in 1992, the various buildings were part of Brighton Polytechnic and before 1970 the Cockcroft Building was the main building of Brighton College of Technology.
