Pozorrubio, officially the Municipality of Pozorrubio ([pɔsɔˈrʊbjɔʔ]; Pangasinan: Baley na Pozorrubio; Ilocano: Ili ti Pozorrubio; Tagalog: Bayan ng Pozorrubio), is a municipality in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 74,729 people.

San Fabian is geographically located in the northern portion in Pangasinan, bordering the provincial boundaries of La Union. It has a land area of 8,129 hectares.
