The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (lit. ' Youth, Labour, and Farmer Congress Party ', YSRCP or YCP), [8] often shortened to simply the YSR Congress Party, is an Indian regional political party based in the state of Andhra Pradesh. [9] The party was initially registered with Election Commission of India by Kolishetti Shiva Kumar.

YS Vijaya quit the Congress party and assembly membership along with her son who also quit both the party and his MP seat on 29 November 2010. [6]
Tatiparthi Chandrasekhar is the current MLA of the constituency, having won 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election from YSR Congress Party.
