This is a kind-of vengeful action by AAA Cooper transport. Unless they issue immediate apologies, I will use alternative freight transferring. While the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at AAA Cooper Transport, beyond that there's an evil and persistent effort to bait and switch customers.
I’m a driver and I want to drive. I run Monday-Friday and we run close to 6,000 miles a week. I get to the house at least twice a week for a couple of hours which is fine with me. I make $1,900 - $2,100 a week gross but after taxes, benefits and 401k that comes out to about $1,500 - $1,700 take home.

that’s my guess. I see there’s a bill giving us overtime at 40 hours if that may passes. cooper doesn’t pay sick time, or when you miss work and when I had jury duty and the judge asked for a letter from my employer saying they don’t pay for time off they magically paid me for the days I missed and said don worry about it.

Apr 22, 2015. 0. You will most likely make less per hour as a dedicated driver than an LTL driver with AAA. Their health insurance requires that you pay the first 1500 single/3000 married out of your pocket before insurance really kicks in. You still have weekly insurance deductions.
Aaa cooper team trucks go faster though i think they go 67mph and OD Only go 65mph. OD as of now OD pays more but aaa cooper is slowly catching up in pay. I can go on and on but anyone in ltl will probably agree OD is the better job but again aaa cooper is a good company .
I applied to cooper in 2010, and the manager who was there at the time, advised me not to put the charge on the application, cuz they were only lookin for felonies, so i didnt put it on there, an the manager hired me, without doin the background check!!
