The McConnell Mansion Historic House Museum is a historic house in Moscow, Idaho. It was built in 1886 for William J. McConnell , who served as the third governor of Idaho from 1893 to 1897. [ 2 ] McConnell and his family, including Mary "Mamie" McConnell Borah, lived in the house until 1897.

The Ryabushinsky Museum of Icons and Paintings is a private museum with a collection of more than 2,000 items, comprising Medieval West European paintings and encaustics. [1] Since June 2013, the building was closed for reconstruction, the Museum itself did a cultural, educational and research activities. [ 2 ]
The Gorky Museum is an architectural landmark of the "Moderne" style, the Russian term for Art Nouveau. It was built in Moscow in 1900–02 by the architect Fyodor Schechtel . It is also known as the Ryabouchinsky House , for the young Russian industrialist and art collector who built it.
In 2009 it was the main venue for the Third Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art, curated by Jean-Hubert Martin. During the Biennale, over 100,000 people a month visited the Garage Museum. [5] In 2012, the museum relocated to a temporary pavilion designed by architect Shigeru Ban in Gorky Park before moving to its permanent home on 12 June 2015. [1]
