I combined the list that I found here, the Definitive DVD set that I purchased, and all the episode titles that I found on the YouTube channel. I think the YouTube channel titles may be more than the 1963-1988 episodes but they should probably be included anyway since the Wild Kingdom entry includes the 2002 revival anyway.
