He is a Melaka born Malaysian composer and independent nasyid singer. He is considered to be among of the new top notch individuals developing the Malaysian nasyid independent music industry.
Her father, Raisuddin had also started his career as a singer when he participated in the same competition in the early 1980s. Siti Sarah's talent in the music industry was first discovered at the Bintang URTV 2001 competition at the East Zone level where she was the champion after singing the Indonesian song, "Ku Akui".

Nordin was born in Helsinki. In 2003, she had a solo hit with the song "Sydämeni osuman sai", included on the soundtrack of the movie Helmiä ja sikoja. The song is a cover version of the David and Jonathan hit song "Something's Gotten Hold of My Heart". In 2004, Nordin took a break from music and took up boat carpentry. [1]
