If it was just 'removed' (different than deleting) than you just need to move it back out from the App Library. From your Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library. Swipe downward and you'll get an alphabetical list of your apps. Locate the app in the list or type the app name into the search field.

On the parents' phone, go into "Screen Time" > "Stop Managing child's Screen Time". The app store immediately reappeared and then I re-added their ipad to screen time. (37) sahid007.

Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen. .
If you still can't find it, you can reset your home screen layout. This will put all of the pre-installed apps back where they were when the phone was fresh out of the box. It will, unfortunately, get rid of all of your custom folders. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Best of luck.
When I go into the Phone App on my Iphone 6 I only see Recents, Keypad and Voicemail at the bottom. I used to see Favorites, Recents, Contacts, Keypad and Voicemail. Favorites and Contacts are missing. I still have the regular Contacts app and can see my contacts are in there so the issue is just related to the phone app. This is what I see...
