C. Kodiya Raju (7 November 1898 – 27 July 1976) was a popular Calendar artist [1] [2] well known for his depictions of Hindu Gods and Goddesses in a typical style, amalgamating the features of contemporary calendar art and traditional South Indian paintings.
The first exhibition, in one room of the Old Boys' Dormitory, traced the history of Carrolup Native Settlement, as it was known, and the emergence of the "bush landscape" school of art there.
