Drew Struzan (/ ˈ s t r uː z ən /; born March 18, 1947 [1]) is an American artist, illustrator and cover designer.He is known for his more than 150 movie posters, which include The Shawshank Redemption, Blade Runner, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, as well as films in the Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, Harry Potter, and Star Wars film series. [2]
Other film work includes material for The Pervert's Guide to Cinema and Into the Dark. [2] He also illustrated a poster for In Search of Darkness, a documentary about 1980s horror films. [3] Humphreys's graphic design for print media includes work published in New Musical Express, Vogue, Esquire, FHM, QX, Arena, Loaded, Junior and F-1 Magazine. [2]
