Apr 20, 2013. just a few Ideas I had after reading the rules. 1) The USA and Italy should not automatically be with the Allies. Especially the USA. Maybe make it after 2 rounds of German unrestricted submarine warfare. And make Italy come in after turn 1. I also wish they allowed the neutrals to be played for.
