Sawah Besar is a district (kecamatan) of Central Jakarta, Indonesia. Its neighborhoods are among the most historic, containing the 1820-established Pasar Baru ("New Market"), the new colonial city – Weltevreden – and the old course of the Ciliwung River .

Altitude this station is 15 meters amsl , this station is one of seven elevated stations on Jakarta railway 's Jakarta Kota–Manggarai segment, and is named after the Jakarta subdistrict with the same name.

By the beginning of the 1960s, the Hela Hawula was the strongest force in the country in terms of the Sinhala language and literature. [11] At that time the 'Hela Havula' had branches not only in Ahangama, Unawatuna, Rathgama, Galle, Kalutara and Kandy but also in schools such as Mahinda College in Galle and S. Thomas' College, Mount Lavinia .
He has won the State Literary Award for the best original play script (1993), the best research work (2002) and twice for the best Sinhala novels in 1964 and 2002. His outstanding contribution to his field of expertise, mass communication, earned him a UNESCO Copernicus award for Social Sciences in 1983.
