Serangoon (/ s ə ˈ r æ ŋ ɡ uː n / sə-RANG-goon) is a planning area and residential town located in the North-East Region of Singapore. Serangoon is bordered by these planning areas – Sengkang to the north, Hougang to the east, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan to the west, as well as Toa Payoh to the south.
Lorong Chuan is a subzone and a precinct located in the town of Serangoon in the North-East Region of Singapore. The road which the precinct is named after, links the Central Expressway to Serangoon Garden Way in Serangoon Gardens. It is in the north-eastern region of Singapore.
