Ontario is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the town of Ontario, Wayne County, New York, United States. The CDP extends into land surrounding the hamlet, including the east half of the hamlet of Ontario Center. The population of the CDP was 2,160 at the 2010 census.
