Today I received a call from an unknown number (which is a personal number and not a FedEx customer care number) with recorded messages “Your Package has been detained press 1 to contact FedEx customer service”.
There has been no update in this regard on the tracking page, no response after I filed a claim (except the automated email), and outside of usa@fedex.com as a point of contact, I have no way to get in touch.
