TV Sir Tristram (L3505) formerly RFA Sir Tristram, is a Round Table-class landing ship logistics that was converted to a Special Forces Training Vessel in 2008. [1] She was launched in 1966, and accepted into British Army service in 1967.

At approximately 14:00 local time both RFA Sir Tristram and RFA Sir Galahad were badly damaged [17] by five A-4Bs of Grupo 5. Three A-4s targeted Sir Galahad, which was hit by three bombs released from the Skyhawk flown by First Lieutenant Carlos Cachón.
