Celebrity chef Eyal Shani will helm the new Malka slated to open later this year in downtown West Palm Beach. Known for their creative kosher cuisine, Malka began in Tel Aviv in 2018.
In December 2024, Shani opened up Malka in West Palm Beach. Shani has opened 40 restaurants around the world. Of those 40 restaurants, the only kosher ones are his four Malka locations and one kosher-certified Miznon in Times Square. [15]
